Ellab Acquires Adsano
Ellab Expands in the DACH region with the acquisition of Adsano

Today, Ellab announces the acquisition of Adsano, a company with 30 employees specialized in thermal qualification and validation services in the DACH region.
Adsano has since 2002 offered high quality technical services, covering engineering services such as thermal qualification, validation and calibration, in addition to consulting, project management and staffing services. From offices in South Germany and Switzerland, Adsano supplies its services mainly to the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical sectors. The company has a proven track-record of using Ellab equipment for the thermal validation services offered to its base of blue-chip customers.
The acquisition of Adsano fits with Ellab’s corporate strategy of expanding its qualification and validation services in key markets. In line with this strategy, Adsano will be integrated with Ellab GmbH and is expected to serve customers in the DACH region even better through its strong local platform and direct market presence.
The managing director of Adsano, Reinhard Kuen, will continue as Vice President for Ellab GmbH’s qualification and validation services.
